Less than 15 days to go until the results event of the MILDSIGHT project.
The project, led by ISRAA and Ideable, is implementing a new hybrid model for home care using Kwido.
Are you curious to learn more about the project’s achievements?
Don’t miss the final event!
📅 When? Tuesday 24 September, from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
The key aspects of the MildSIGHT project using Kwido are:
- The user comes to the centre or is visited by the case manager.
- The home and the needs of the user and their environment are analysed.
- A personalised care plan is prepared and any necessary modifications are negotiated and made
- This plan defines the interventions to be carried out with the user and the sensors to be installed and the use cases to be monitored in a non-intrusive way.
- The user is offered a kit consisting of a tablet with an internet connection to consult the calendar of activities and be able to carry out different interventions: physical exercise, cognitive stimulation, leisure, etc.
- The sensors in the home activate alerts in the event of non-compliance with the rules that have been proposed according to the care plan and if there are anomalous behaviours detected by the Artificial Intelligence engine.
- All management and communication with the elderly is carried out by ISRAA case managers from the centre with their web-based management application Kwido.
MildSight also includes the support and use of PHArAon technology, so in this final event we will have them in the presentation part.
We will also have some time to talk about the first results of the project and the impact and business models behind it.
And of course, from Kwido we will review the technology that is being used in this innovative service.
