Kwido has revolutionized elderly care with its innovative Automatic Geriatric Assessment system, a result of our collaboration in the digitalization of services for the insurer IMQ Igurco.
This system, already implemented in IMQ Igurco centers and the pioneering etxeTIC center of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, allows the creation of personalized care plans for seniors in their homes. It also adapts to day centers and nursing homes thanks to its cloud availability.
How Does the Process Work?
Through a detailed questionnaire about the dependent person, the system evaluates and diagnoses, identifying current problems, future risks, and optionally, the caregiver’s level of burden.
This enables the automatic design of a comprehensive care plan, benefiting both the dependent person and the caregiver, with clear strategies and actions that can be shared with professionals and families.
Additionally, there is an option to customize care calendars, providing access to educational resources such as images, videos, and documents that facilitate the implementation of care.
Detailed monitoring of interventions is carried out through a home platform that leverages Kwido’s technology, allowing each organization to tailor the level of service to their needs and involve families if desired.

Kwido incorporates the technology of this new form of home care supported by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia in several municipalities.
